After your arrival, our training team will be responsible for an easy and quick absorption and will accompany you closely during the first days.
We invest considerable human and financial resources, in order to create training systems to set a high sales bar for every seller, because your success is our success. Every new employee receives a close training in the work place, including two weeks of trial and practice that are paid with base salary. Additional trainings and guidance are granted to those employees who are interested and feel a need for more.
Company provides accommodation for employees nearby the points of sale. The apartments are organized, furnished and equipped with everything necessary and more. The cost is significantly low (70-80 pounds a week) and it is deducted from employee's salary. In most cases, our apartments are located in walking distance from the shopping mall, train station or suitable bus lines. Please note – in order to begin with peace of mind, we offer rent bonuses!

You will work with us in the most prestigious, luxurious malls in Europe, with fashionable and designed stands, in conditions that guarantee high sales rate and different buying experience that will allow you to make lots of money with us.
In addition, to those who look for elegant, calm, relaxed sales work, we are located in chain stores and luxury department stores, where we sell Dead Sea products and hair straightening/curling irons exclusively.
As accepted in the field of direct sales, the wage is based on high percentages of sales of each employee. We offer a payment system aimed to increase the profits and maximize employees' abilities. We put a special emphasis on accuracy in paying the salaries and they are given as individual pay slips to every employee including all the credits for the relevant period of time (including Visa/flight ticket and travel refunds), deducting the rent (if the employee stays at employees' apartment). This behaviour ensures our employees a peace of mind regarding the refunds, credits and debits owned to him or her, and at regular and precise times.
